Try buying Fostex soap, it is strictly for pimples, and works really well. You should be able to buy it from any pharmacy. I have seen it at Walmart.

neotrogena oil free acne wash or any antibacterial soap gets your skin clear or try clean and clear morning burst but do not use too much acne cream i did that once and i had an even nastyer breakout

i would say go with a normal aloe soap then wash with Oxy or Clean and Clear it worked for me and follow the instructions for washing

never ever use soap on your face unless its a face bar because they clog your pores which causes pimples.
i use a tea tree stick for my face its dries them up over night pretty much. you can get them from any good chemist

Wash with Dial soap--------the regular gold bar.Dermatologist have been recommending it for years
