when surfing adult websites, is there still a way for a malicious file to be installed without my approval? usually, imo, people get worms or viruses because they click "ok" on a fake popup box. but i could be wrong. i have firefox with popup blocker, noscript and flashblock extension. i clear cookies after i'm finished browsing. are those pretty much safeguards?
