Wouldn't it be something like 4'11. 12 inches = 1 foot.

12 X 5 = 60 - 1 = 59.

" is used as an abbreviation for the unit of measure "inch".

There are 12 inches in 1 foot.

59 in. / 12 in/ft. = 4.91666666666666......
Converting the repeating decimal back into fractional form so as to get a nice number,
59 in. = 4 ft. 11 in.

Abbreviating the unit ft. with an apostrophe (') and in. with a quotation mark ("),
59" = 4' 11"

12inch.=1ft.
2 12's can be fitted inside 59.
2 24's can be fitted inside 59.
It equals 48.
59-48=11.
Take that sum and that'll be your inches.
2x2=4.
4'11 is your height.
