If you're talking about Native Americans, their ancestors migrated over the Bering Land Bridge thousands of years ago during one of the Ice Ages. Actually, recent genetic studies suggest that there were more than one migration over the Land Bridge.
If you're talking about East Indians, then they probably emigrated from India and surrounding areas.

I dont think they came from a specific country because during the time they migrated to alaska there werent any countries
