It's called PMS - Pre-Menstrual-Syndrome. Yes, it's real.
The best way to get a handle on it is to count your days - meaning learn your cycle. Do some research on PMS and what natural medicines alleviate the symptoms - my sisters rely on Midol. I can't take that stuff... So it's trial and error.
Once you get the hang of it, you'll be more pleasant to deal with, and you'll go through a better time - knowing why from one day to the next the whole world is falling on your shoulders!

My advice is that maybe you are crying over all your lies that you have made on your previous posts. Sounds like you are just screaming for attention. Its sad. Try getting away from the computer and interacting with people face to face.

no i didnt i had really bad pains in my back then like a week later i started and then when i found out i felt really bad like someone was beating me with a meat pounder

yes! it is PMS and for about 3 days before you start your menstrual period it will bother you and make you feel un normal and sometimes stressful and makes you mad at everything

I dont get like that at all before, during, or after my period, Its different for every girl.

I do. Also when I was preggers, both times, it happened a lot. It's hormones.
