He was born in the highlands of Scotland over 400 years ago, He can not die unless you take head , then you take is power...He is Kenny the Highlander...!!!!!!

Because it's funny. If all cartoons were created to have things effect each show, it wouldn't last. Like in The Simpson's, Homer has changed, lost weight and such, but is always the same in the next episode. South Park just wouldn't be South Park if Kenny stayed dead :P.

he hardly ever dies now cause they got tired of the "Kill Kenny every episode" joke after Season 5.
Kenny was not in Season 6.
He was finally brought back in Season 7 and has only died a handful of times in the last few years.

Obviously you haven't watched all of South Park. Kenny DOES really die...He's gone from an entire season!!!!

actually its never the same kenney in one episode kennys mom is pregnant and kenny tries to kill the baby trying to do so he dies. At the end of the episode u see the parents with the baby and they name the baby kenny and say " just like the others ".

Because several years ago Trey Parker and Matt Stone got sick of killing him off every episode. The Running "Oh my God they Killed Kenny" joke got too lame and rediculous, so they decided to kill him "for good" in the movie. After something like two seasons they brought him back but decided that the "OMGTKK" joke was not as funny as it once was.

He does die they just keep having another baby and calling him "Kenny"

he dies in almost every episode its just in 1 episode they reveal how his mom keeps getting pregnant and gives birth to a brand new kenny
