I need help with the gemagic transfer paper?

I bought a gemmagic the other day and i was trying to use it but i cant figure out how to use the transfer papper that came with it it says to put a dot in the middle of the papper and iron on .that didnt work so i need to know how to use the designs on the pappers.thank you.
