But he was the one that begged to have a mohawk. Why should I shave it off, if he was the one that wanted it. He should've thought about how people would've reacted to him instead of getting a mo-hawk so soon. I'm not being mean, but don't you agree with me?

Tell him if he cares about what all the kids say then he's in for a rough life. He needs to work on his self esteem now while he's young otherwise he's gonna get pushed around the rest of his life. Tell him if he shaves it off just cuz the kids laughed at him then he just let those kids tell him who he is.
Tell him if he wants to be a man someday, he has to stand up & be counted NOW! HE set's the rules,HE determins what he wears not some lame follower wannabe who probably won't amount to a hill of beans in life anyway. If he wanted to shave it off because his girlfriend didn't like it then that different.
If not, tell him he has to wait until the end of the week & then he can tell them he got bored with it if the ask him about it.

Are you saying that you have NEVER, EVER regretted a decision that you've made? That you've NEVER, EVER made a mistake? If that is the case, then no, you're not being mean. If you have, even ONCE in your whole entire life, done something that you looked back on later & said, "man that was kind of stupid," then maybe you need to just do your little brother a favor & not be a jerk about the situation.

Depends on how old/mature your brother is. Honestly, it sounds like he's very immature and I'd just shave his head.

It's actually good that your little brother is trying to "be different" and follow his own tune. In this day and age where everyone is trying to look like a barbie/ken or GI Joe, it's good to see kids still trying out different persona's, etc. It's too bad none of his friends supported him and just embarrassed him.

No, I think you're being kind of mean. He tried it, he dealt with consequences, he was able to experiment. Maybe he didn't know how mean people could be.

He could shave it off himself, but help him if he wants help. It won't take much time and will be remembered later.

You are being mean, he is just a kid. Talk to him about being himself and if he still wants it shaved off be a good sister and shave it! Apoligize to him for not being supportive.

ask him if he is sure about shaving it off. and let him know that making decisions is very important. tell him to decide first before doing somthing that is unsure. btw mo-hawk rocks

you should tell him to stop listening to the kids and be himself, do whatever he wishes

the kids at my school who have mohawks are cool punk kids annd they dont give a f*** about people and what they think and i think their awesome for not giving into what is "cool"

what grade is your bro in?? cuz it sounds like hes young if his peers are laughing at him for having a cool hairstyle
