If it's all the time maybe she has a lot of stress but if it's not than it would most likely be pms(pre-minstrel syndrom) Maybe you should ask her if there's something bothering her.Also you might consider counseling for yourself...good luck.

Here are some possible reasons:
stress at work
PMS
general stress
family tensions
maybe things between you two aren't working
she may just have alot on her mind
There are several reasons she may be moody. Maybe just asking her, "Honey, are you ok" or "Is there something on your mind that you want to talk to me about" can solve alot. And if the reason she is moody is from stress, she will feel better after talking to you.

There could be 2 real reasons for this I believe. First, she could feel that things aren't working between you two and is just frustrated. OR!!! She could feel comfortable enough with you (a great thing!) to let out her frustrations from daily life on you. I think you should listen to her complaints and try to be sympathetic. Either way she needs your support right now.
