Don't actually SAY anything about her being 'bad' at it - but just take a shower with her and suggest that you want to try something new - how about you take a shower together? Either satisfy her in the shower or before you take the shower. Then ask for her to give you a BJ in the shower.
She is probably acting that way because
a) your **** smells and/or
b) your **** tastes bad and/or
c) you have too much hair in the way
The shower solves all 3 of those problems.
Oh and for the hair thing - suggest that BOTH of you shave to make it easier for both of you to satisfy eachother. The less hair there is around your dick and balls the deepers she can go and the more she will want to.
In the shower there is NO taste, she can turn and spit at any second, turn and get a drink at any second, etc. etc.
You won't even have to ask she will just start doing it better.
Try it and see if I'm wrong.

She is probably taking it too personally when you suggest she try it a different way.I had the same problem with my husband.When you suggest something it hurts their pride, and most times its from lack of experience.
My best advice to you would be to.... Get her in the mood and talk about fantasies.Tell her it would be a fantasy of yours to see her place your manhood(lol) in her mouth.Make her understand that its okay not to swallow if she is afraid of having to do that.
If that does not work you may have to go on oral sex strike until she hears you out.Tell her its not satisfying and actually frustrating for you.

A tactful way would be to ask her to try something different. Tell her you would like her to try it another way and explain what you want her to do. Be very nice about it, and when she starts to do a little more than usual be sure to moan and tell her what a wonderful woman she is.

don't tell her what to do adjust her to the positions you want her to do or say softer or harder its easier while in action to give her advice it wont hurt her feelings it will get her turned on and that might help
