It's exactly what it sounds like. As a male baby is forming in the womb, the testicles are inside the abdomen. They have to descend into the scrotal sac. Even after birth, the testicles are not stationary. They move according to the temperature. If it warm, they'll stay where they are. If it's too cold, they'll move up into the abdomen in an effort to keep warm.

An undecended testicle is a testicle that remained in your abdomen and doesnt hang down like the other. so you have an empty scrotum sac while the other is filled with the ball. Practically, all of us should have two balls, I mean testicles, but if you have an undecended testicle, you visually has one ball with the other hidding in the abdomen.
I was like that until 6 when I was sent to the hospital and the doc help to "Pull" the hidden one down.
The reason why our testicles are hanging outside is because the testicles needed a cooler temperature in order to function properly, so,Its actually quite serious as the undecended testicle might not be stationed in the right temperature and thus not functioning properly.... as in infertile, get help from your family doc as soon as possible. Good Luck

Well a boy tesicles are up by his kidneys before he is born, at some point in time before he is born, his testicles drop from the kidney area to the sack. If they don't drop then they are considered an undecended testicle. I hope that was clear enough

A testicle that hasn't descended. Guys' balls usually drop around puberty. I'm not sure what medical problems that may cause, but I think an undescended testicle is useless.

It just means that one of his balls hasn't dropped down. Sometimes doctors will do a laparoscopy & help the testicle to "descend" into place.

The testicles descend from the abdominal cavity through the inguinal canal. If there is one undescended, it remains within the abdomin.
