White people, I'm half white and I'll admit it. I'm not saying other people aren't racist I'm just say that white people are the most racist.

Wow, there's a loaded question if I ever read one. You can't win with this.
By applying any word to a whole race, you are saying something racist. No entire race of people has anything in common with its other members except the race itself. Individuals are racist. Races are not.
If you perceive that one race seems to be more judgmental toward other races than the rest, bear in mind why you have that perception - i.e., where are you getting or seeing this behavior? On TV or in the movies, right? Media is very biased, very negative and fear based, and very wrong, usually.
