I have a question for women?

Question

If someone were to call you "prissy," how would you take it? Is it meant as an insult?

I'm not those things y'all have mentioned. It takes me less time to get ready than it does my husband. I am always getting my hands dirty, etc.

It really isn't an insult.. I call my sister prissy because she hates to get her hands dirty or anything that has to do with cleaning diapers or anything like that. she dress up all the time.. not in clothes like normal people wears.. she only does stuff that don't cause mess. that is prissy to me.. other people may have different ideas of being prissy. like not wanting to do anything that is rough like sports.. but no not neccessarily a insult just and obsevation..
only time it would be taken as an insult if you are very touchy about how and what people say to you..

I wouldn't be offended unless I knew the person was simple a hater who's not in tune with her own femine wilds. A "prissy" woman it just a woman who is ultra femine & takes her time with all the details that most of us on daily basis hurry through. For example I have a friend who spends nearly and hour on her hair and that's for a simple ponytail she attends to every strand off hair like she's presenting herself to God. She's prissy. Me, it's 10 minutes tops - gel/mousse, brush, rubberband & I'm out the door.

i would take it as an insult because that's not how i view myself it's like being called a prude not that I'm a slut either but I'm very confident and like to talk with everyone

No just means you are to lady like, just loosen up a little- have wild sex then she wont say it anymore
