I have a girl friend who has been in your position (she tried for 3 years) and she got pregnant when she forgot about trying. She just kinda stopped focussing on getting pregnant and went wild with enjoying her spouse and guess what.... they became pregnant.

Check out your spouse also. He may have the low sperm count thing even if he got children already. You both should see a doc together and if nothing is wrong then relax and enjoy each other. The baby will come when the time is right. All the best.

Go see your Gyno and ask for hormone level tests. It could be just that the stress of wanting a baby is messing up your cycle, or it could be that you have a hormone inbalance. Best to go get it checked out.

Continue in your efforts to conceive. Watch your cycle carefully, when a clear thick mucus appears you are ovulating. This is the best time to conceve. I wish you the best in your efforts at this time.

I would say ask them if you can have a blood test done! It is one of the best ways to find out if you are pregnant!

Possibly an ovarian cyst. I would make an appointment to see your doctor again.

Best of luck to you.
