Im having problems connecting my mobile phone to my pc....why?

I've already used the CD to connect my Sony Ericsson k750i to my pc and it has worked many times, but for some reason, today it isnt working...

Usually, the file opens by itself, but today, the pc didnt even detect that there is a removable disk connected up, my phone just starts charging and thats about it.

Ive tried using the CD again and that isnt working either, the box should have automatically opened with that too but it didnt.

Anyone know what i can do?

i have the k750 too and i no my computer sometimes just doesn't pick it up either

sometimes just restarting the PC and then trying to reconnect it works or uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it

if they don't work then it might be a problem with the cable itself or the connection at the base of the phone if that's the case i suggest handing it in to a repair shop and get them to have a look at it
