a face mask for black heads,and dry skin. are there any friuts i could mix together to make a face mask and if so how much friut and what friut.

"Amazing Homemade Face Masks"

Did you know there is fruit, vegetables and even food that are great for your face? For those who didn't know, go ahead and check this list out of the more well known ones that are amazing helpers for your face.

Avocado:

Soften rough, dry skin with masked avocado. Here is why its great. The unsaturated fattyacids of the avocado will stimulate you're own skins natural production of oils. (this is not for oily skin.)

Eggs:

These are great for your skin! The whites are very astringent and drying. The yolks are rich in natural moisturizers. The yolks are a major
soure of lecithin, a natural emollient and preservation.

Plain Yogurt:

Rich in protein, calcium and vitamins. Yogurt is an excellent mask for all skin types. It's easily absorbed into the skin and has super softening qualities.

Strawberries:

Contain salicylic acid (which is found in aspirin) which help rids skin of dead skin, allowing it to help absorb moisture more efficiently.

Bananas:

A nourishing facial mask. They are great for dry skin because they are rich in potassium and Vitamin A. They also contain no substances known to aggravate the skin.

Cucumber:

Grated cucumbers make a gentle and mild astringent mask, especially soothing for sunburned skin and can be a great de-puffer for your eyes if need to. Take a slice of cucumber and put on your eyes and lay down for about 10 plus minutes and the cucumber will draw out the what is causing the your eyes to be puffy.

Can't save your eyes from looking like you didn't sleep much the night before but it can help.

Mayonnaise:

It has it all! It has Oil, Eggs, and Vinegar all which are naturally soothing to the skin and improves the skin texture. Its hard to beat for the conditioning power it provides. Its great for your hair as well.

Pears:

A good source of sorbitol. Other fruits that contain a high amount are apples, cherries, plums.

Sorbitol is a humectant that gives a smooth feeling to your skin. Pears are especially soothing for red, blotchy skin. Apply either fresh juice or the masked up fruit on your skin.

Tomato:

Are effective on blackhead and oily skin. The juice of the tomato has astringent properties to help remove dead skin cells and deep cleans the skin.

For a few other fast food based face masks go ahead and try these simple ideas.

Soak a small piece bread in milk. Lie down, place it on the pimple, and leave it for 20 minutes.

Back to the uses for the apple, grate it and mix it with 2 teaspoons of honey. Apply it to the breakout area and leave it on for 15 minutes then rinse it off with warm water, the splash with cool. The splash of cool with close your pours so to help your face stay a little cleaner longer.

We all heard using toothpaste on a pimple but did you know its the mint toothpaste type to use?

Mix it with a little water and dab it on the blemishes, leave 5 minutes then rinse with cool water.

For a mask that takes a little extra work to get ready takes a lemon and yolk of a egg. To make this mask that will help tone and cleanse oily skin, slice one lemon in half. Scoop out enough pulp from one half to fit a yolk of one egg inside it.

Place the egg yolk in the lemon cup and refrigerate overnight. Apply the lemon-infused egg yolk to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse.

Wow, that was a really good answer above, with all the fruits and stuff!! I just have to add that honey and oatmeal makes a great mask. First smear on the honey, then pat oats into the honey, and let it sit for about five minutes. You will be able to feel it tightening and shrinking, pulling out the impurities. Then just rinse it well. It is messy, but it does a good job, and tastes great too! ;)
