A SCROLL SAW WOULD DO IT GREAT!I USE A RYOBI SCROLL SAW IT HAS DIFFERENT SETTINGS AND SPEEDS!YOU WOULD NEED A FAST SETTING AND SPEED FOR TINY THINGS,SO THAT THE TEETH WOULDNT BREAK THEM!ITS A LITTLE HARD GETTING USE TO,BUT ITS GREAT!YOU CAN CUT VIRTUALLY ANY DESIGNS YOU WANT WITH A SCROLL SAW!EVEN CURLY CUES!

Buy the Bratz salon beauty shop set. That should do it. Bratz are dolls that come with different sets. You can find the at K-Mart or Wal-Mart, I bought one for my daughter it looks like a real salon, but it is bigger than others I have seen for other dolls. p.s. You can order this online also through the same stores.
