I have heard of many government experiments in mind control. As a matter of a fact the history channel aired something about that pertainning to Russia from the day's of World war two and the Cold war.

Watched a show on TLC. The Russians weren't the only ones trying to master it. The Americans had a program up & running as well.
The show said that it was correct about 50 % of the time.

Heard about it in an episode of Alias.
Maybe all of those tests we took in elementary school weren't just aptitude tests.............
