i've read that you have to have it done quite a few times, even as many as 6, at 6 week intervals or so , before disappears completly. i'm fine with that but would be very disappointed if it did return after that

My main reason for doing it was I have sensitive skin that would get razor burn and ingrown hairs. I have had three different areas done. I had 3-4 treatments done on each. I think they recommend 5-6 for max effectiveness. I started to see a little hair come back after 5 years and plan on having another treatment. Overall, if you can afford it and stand the pain/discomfort, it's great.
I think the only hair removal process that can claim to be permanent is electrolysis, but even that takes multiple treatments.

nope, it usually comes back 3 to 6 months later. It requires re-treatment about 3 to 5 times... then it's usually gone for good. depends on what laser is used. Alexandrite or Ruby are best, avoid IPL types, the hair always comes back. DEFENETLY avoid CO2 or Fraxel lasers.

From personal experience.....laser hair removal does NOT work for everyone. All of my hair grew back

No. It is not permaenent.

No hair removal method is permaenent.

Hair does not stop growing where you dont want it

Similary, It does not grow where you want it.

i saw on tv advertisments that it only stays non-hair for up to 4 months. eventually it will grow back.

no it will just thin it out. A friend of mine got it done..and all it did was thin out the hair a little bit.

oh yeah it's permanent.... a girl i know got it done on her forehead and they didn't do a straight line... she hates it and it's pretty funny looking
