Where to live?

I want to know what is a good state to live in which has all four seasons, job opportunity, nice people with different cultural backgrounds and buying a house is not that expensive...anyone?

I've heard Colorado is good. All seasons and housing is mid-range.

Utopia doesn't exist. You'll always find something that another place doesn't have.

california is the best but it is expensive.
