Blushing is a normal response when a person is embarrassed, angry, feeling guilty, or experiencing some other strong emotion.

Flushing of the face may also be associated with certain medical conditions.

Sometimes just learning more about a problem like this will help to control it. These sites have a lot of information. I hope they help. Best of luck with it.

Doesn't sound like a skin condition. You probably get red a little easier because of blood flow into your face, but if this happens in social settings, it sounds like it's just your nerves when you talk to people. I'm really socially awkward, so I get red faced easily. I just don't get as red as some people I know. It's all about complexion and blood flow. Just try to get used to social situations better.

It really sounds like Rosacea. You should try to go to a dermatologist and have it diagnosed. There are several precautions you can take and things you should be aware of that cause the flare-ups of rosacea. This site has some great info on the subject:

You need to see a doctor first to know what it is and also see a dermatologist. They will tell you what medication you need to take. If you have rosacea, then doctors often prescribe topical antibiotics to treat it and they help to bring the redness down.
