There a number of things that could be leaking. The pipe could be broke the nut on the bottom of the tank could be loose. the nut that connects the supply lint to the shut off valve or the weld that connects the shut off valve to the pipe coming out of the wall. turn the shut off valve to The right till it stops if this stops the water then look at the pipe doing to the toilet if not shut the water supply coming to the house and call a plumber.

Broken supply line. May be a result of over pressure.Time to call a real plumber.
