how long does it take after getting approved for social secuity dissability to receive back pay for benefits/?

Be prepared to wait. The government is always playing catch up. My dad got his within a couple months.

It can take months. As little as one or as long as 6. There are so many people to process it is all in the luck of the draw....

They should send you a check for back pay with your first check. If not, contact them.

about 30 days I think, hope you gave them your banking info
