They have been together for so long. What would marriage bring to their relationship that they do not already have? If he does not believe in it then why should he marry?

He hasn't married her because he doesn't believe in marriage.
Watch his show Gene Simmons: Family Jewels. Its on A&E they have a whole episode about it.
And anyways, they've been living together for 20 years. After 6 months, your considered common-law in the eyes of the court. All your missing is the ring and a piece of paper.

If they are happy the way they are.. what's the difference if they are married or not.. it seems that as soon as the word "marriage" is involved in a relationship .. everything collapses. .. and yes.. his show is called Family Jewels

Because he feels that he doesn't have to marry her to make a commitment. They have been together at least 20 years. Plus I think she has stopped pressuring him. It's already out and showing on station near you.

they seem to have a satisfied & useful long term dating, so no, i do no longer think of they'll hardship. it form of feels they might have already completed so if that piece of paper became into substantial to them. this is unlucky if one desires to get married & the different would not tho.
