i heard someplace that they couldn't, but whoever said that could've made it up.

As an avid rabbit breeder and owner, NO they can't vomit - that's why you should make sure that they have plenty of hay, b/c when they clean themselves - like cats - it collects in their digestive tract and they eventually die b/c they have no way to expell it - unlike cats who obviously are known for "hairballs".

Rabbits can not vomit. They have an extremely fragile digestive system.... They can actually die from a small hair ball because they can't expell it like a cat can.

Rabbits and cows can not vomit. Their stomachs do not let it happen.
