what are lsr files and can they be deleted safely?

I was just wondering what are lsr,rcm and vmp files? can i safely delete these from my pc or should i just leave them alone? thanks for any info,everyone have a nice day.

According to http://filext.com/ those are file extensions used by Logos Bible Software (http://www.logos.com/). If you don't have that program anymore, you should be able to delete those files safely.
