For me it is Atkins but everybody is different. You have to find what works for you and what you can stick with.

Well, uh you can try not eating seconds and just cut out whole meals out of your day. Just ignore your gut sometimes and only eat until you are full and stop eating when you are not HUNGRY.
Also, try doing things that are not lazy, like try walking instead of driving or try taking stairs and not elevators.
Just realize food is not everything. Food is not all that is out there...
And you may need to include some excersie into you lifestyle.
Also drink plenty of water and don't eat "fatty" food such as fast food or any of that sort. Just follow your better judgement.
maybe you can walk for 1 hour each day...that should work

Go on a chips and salsa diet. Try eating only that for your lunch and mid day snacks. It's pretty good for you if you get the low-sodium stuff.

I lost fifty pounds by just not eating as much. You know, you can really eat anything you want, in moderation. Piece of cake, ok. Entire cake, no good. At first, it is difficult. You are used to eating what you eat and the habit is there. Overtime, your body and your mind gets used to eating differently and it becomes your new "normal".

It's a hurt full thing to say, but stop eating and exercise like crazy.
It's a hurt full thing to do too. I have just started an exercise program and that hurts. It hurts worse to give up food. But we
CAN do it, can't we??
