I interviewed at Hollister once. There were five other people and we sat in a circle and they would go around asking us each the same questions. Then they'd take us through the tour of the store. Lots of ice-breaker activities. It was pretty lame.

You can expect to feel like cattle that are being herded. I had a group IV once and was not told in advance. We were all humiliated and even had to role play!!! Bites big time!

A canned speech. I wouldn't go since you already have an idea that they don't think you're worth an individual interview.

They will probably each take turns asking you a set of questions they have prepared in advance. There will probably be hypothetical scenarios about customers or other employees. They wanna gauge not only how you answer, but what your reactions.

etc etc..
how would u handle a matter a dispute how would u handle accounts ...
