Yes I do find it rather distracting...if you are talking about the ugly singer lady advert.
All I did to get ride of it is right click on it and near the bottom of the list the is an option to block image...that should work^__^

Uggg....yeah me to. Why did they have to stuck it there. Why not at the bottom of the page where no one can see it. And I hate having to see beyonces face when I'm on here doing my stuff.
