About the only way is to sign on the back and have someone with a checking account cash it. Then they are responsible if there is a problem. You can always go to a check cashing store and pay a fee.

Bring it back to the supermarket it was purchased it from. If they were able to create it, they should be able to cash it. Bring other forms of ID, such as a utility bill, passport, credit cards, military, firearm's card, health insurance....they may not accept it - but it's worth a shot. If that fails, sign it over to a friend or family member as "Pay to the order of " and they should be able to cash it at their bank as long as they have the funds available to cover this third party check. But keep in mind that if this check is no good - you just ticked off your friend or family member because they will be held responsible for that money.
Why didn't you specify cash?

you can go to a bank and they will cash. If you don't have an account they will charge you a fee. Some convenience stores also cash check. Again for a fee.

You can sign it over to your parents or a friend with a bank account, but since it's a money order, there is no chance that it can bounce. A bank should be able to help.

The only thing you can do since you don't have a bank account is give it to a parent or adult and have them deposit it in their bank and give you the money....good luck

ACE Cash express. Can you take it to the place it was bought?
You have to have some sort of I.D. to cash it. There is usually a small fee.
