if one of your really good friends moved away almost all the way across the country and your parents wouldn't let you go visit them would you just wait until your parents let you visit them or would you run away and then come back after a while of visiting with them???

When you are on your own and can pay your own bills, do what you want. Until then, do what your parents want.

In the mean time there are such things as email, phone, fax, letters...

If you run away to visit them you are going to destroy any amount of trust you have with your parents. It will spiral into a horrible relationship and ruin your life and theirs.

Have a talk with one of your parents and let him/her know that this is really important to you. Ask what you can do to earn the right to go visit. Let them know that you are willing to abide by ANY rules they set about it. That you promise you won't do anything when you are there that they wouldn't approve of.

Then offer to earn the money to go. Ask for a time frame but say you'll give them time to think about it.

Being me, I would run away and go visit because that is my nature but i really wouldnt advise it because you might be in a LOT of trouble when you get back. Supposing you get back and the police have started a manhunt for you or something. That would be horrible. And then your parents will be angry and scared. So wait to go.

deffinitly wait your parents to decide tat. after all they sure thing the best for you and they most propably do the best, or try to do. show them you have grown up, you can take responsability for your self make better things find some hronorar work which will make you pay a part from the trip and after a while talk to them like a grown up person. i am sure that they will understand. they are your parents !! running away will make your life very bad !!!! sthing aboyt what will happen after you return...you will hurt them and you dont want to do that to your parents. not even the bestest from the best friend deserve to be on the place form your parents. they have done huge no enorm thing for you. make you a person and even if you cant return them with anuthing simular you may try to not hurt them. good luck !!!

Well, if your parents have stated out what you can or cannot do, then you must listen to their rules. Seriously, I know too many kids out there that think that they can do whatever they please that needs to have parental guidance and/or permission. The more rules you break (but that depends on how serious the rule is) the more trust gets thrown away. I would just stay home and wait. Listen to your parents.
