B makes the most sense ...getting paid to get/stay in shape...but i choose A because nothing motivates your workout like beautiful women in tight gymn outfits running around all over the place.

I've done both and enjoy both .The good thing about the gym is you don't have to clutter up your house with all that equipment . The bad thing is when you waste your time getting there and then all the machines are in use .

B. Work hard at work. Not only does it work very well depending on your job it also makes money, takes less effort, and comes wth inherent dignity from making a living.

I'd much rather get the exercise at work, where it's actually accomplishing a purpose besides making me fit for more exercise.

personally, I say work hard at work. I mean, you go to the gym, so you pay $300 a year for the 'priveledge' of getting hot and sweaty and gross.... Or, I go to work, get paid $10.88/hr to work my *** off and get hot and sweaty and gross, and get in shape better that way. Let them pay you for your workout!

Work hard! That way, you get *really* strong. Gym strength is basically worthless.
