Well, I know in emails if you use all caps they say it's an "anger" sign, but I didn't know it pertained to asking questions.

Awww come on that's a bit harsh! Most of my favourite contacts are Americans in fact 3 have answered this question, quite nicely too I might add. Every country has there share of jerks and we in Aussie are no different it is just that there are far more Americans on here then any other nationality so statistically we are bound to get more of the jerks but also the nice ones too. Unfortunately we remember jerks far more readily then nice people. Case in point, I bet you remember the license plate of the car that cut you off this morning but can't remember the colour of the eyes of the nice person at work who smiled at you today, am I right? lol
