It's an organ that should normally be inside the body but ok,it hangs out,needs to cool off for the preservation of healthy seeds,basically very sensitive & it itches when it comes into contact to fabrics & or other stimulus that demands an involuntary impulse.

I'm not a guy but i asked my boyfriend that and he laughed and he said to get girls to notice , but most of the time they itch so he scratches :)

Yeah, they hang down when it's hot and sweat builds up between them and the other parts of the body where it is resting against. I think women with big boobs know that parts of you that rest on other parts get sweaty and itchy. It is not rocket science.

Well our balls are usually hairy and they arent plastered to us so the hair usually tickles or itches us. Others who dont have hair, they are the ones who have shaved and they are probably experiencing razor burn or new hair growing wich pricks us.

Good question five star cat. When a man is doing manly things, he starts to sweat. Then his balls get stuck together, stuck to his leg, stuck together again, etc. It is slightly uncofortably but nothing a man can't handle. We really just grab ourselves because it's fun and to remind you girls that we got a pair.
