It's when two people who are related by blood have sex with each other. And it's not only legally and morally wrong, but ethically, religiously and biologically wrong. It's the only sex act besides pedophilia that is prohibited by every culture and religion in the world. It's highly destructive and usually involves some form of child rape. Not only that but the babies that do result are horribly deformed.
