Not really.
My teeth were sensitive for a week!
It was so annoying. The worst part of it was that I have two caps that didn't lighten up & my teeth looked multi-colored! I They sugest I drink dark soda & coffee to bring them back to normal.
If you don't have caps or anything else that dosent lighten with the treatment then go for it, the discomfort would be woth it.
My suggestion, Do the 14 day Crest Whitestrips faithfully first.
You'll get the same result only a heck of a lot less expencive.

Teeth aren't naturally bleach white. And not everyones teeth are exactly the same color by nature (I mean before start smoking, drinking coffee...).I do recommend a good deep clean every 6 months or so.

Yes had my teeth whitened, cost 300 quid. Worth it :) BLING BLING. Yes. Teeth look great. They were sensitive a bit though, and had to watch certain foods that I ate for 24hr hours. No bother though.
Speak to your Dentist about your options.

I had my teeth whitened three years ago and I'm still smiling! Total confidence booster, defo recommend getting it done.

no i haven't but i don't recommend it to you 'cause they get weaker and in a couple of years you can have serious problems with them, but if it is a really serious problem like yellow or orange teeth then you really have to.
