I lost 45 lbs by doing some simple things:
1. Cut out the fast food and junk food. It is a treat to eat very rarely - like once every two months. This includes all chips, soda, sweets. Eat lots of fruit and veggies, and try to keep foods with complex carbohydrates (like pasta and breads) to a minimum. Instead of French Fries I have veggies. Eat whole grain and whole wheat pasta and bread whenever you can, because there is more fiber and nutrients in it.
2. Exercise. It doesn't have to be much! Go for a walk or go bike riding with your friends. Go to the pool to swim. Whatever is fun for you to do - just get moving.
That's it!
I would recommend you talk to your parents about wanting to lose weight so they can help you by buying nutritious foods, not eating out, and doing active things for exercise as a family. You should also talk to your doctor and a/or a nutritionist too - they can make sure you are healthy and help you decide what kind of food you should eat and what nutrition you require. You still have to eat food that will help your bones and muscles grow!

My brother is 10, my father is much more, but they both keep a simple diet, which really works like a charm.
You can eat whatever you want before 15:00. After that, only salads. Still, you shouldn't eat too salty and oily stuff. But you can from time to time

Hey you're young it's easy just eat less fatty foods, eat more fruits and vegatables, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day9( 2 glasses before and after meals). And just paly outside or join sport like basketball, soccer, football, etc.

If you're a kid, you really don't need to, unless your doctor has specifically told you that you need to. In that case, talk to your doctor about what kind of exercise to do.how much/how long. Try to eat a little healthier, only have one "treat" a day (a "treat" is 100-150 calories).

play a sport or go for runs..but you really have to want to lose weight. Read back of lables and dont have anything more than 20 grams of suger and 10 grams of fat, use the portion sizes and eat 5 times a day healthy....run run run . remember if your still a kid you might either grow into it or grow more into it...so you might need to be carefull you dont want to make it worse...trust me

u r a kid if u r obbies then start heathly. i know in haeth they say u hghealthy food. they r right . so give up junk food. dont go to mcdonald any more. me i am called faty in my family all the time. it will be hard but results will come slowly. when u see how much u lost u will be happy.

Exercise! Find something fun to do that you really enjoy and do it for yourself. Make it fun and set goals for yourself. Be consistent. Reward yourself with TV, a favorite treat, but only once a week. Have fun getting in great shape.

eat healthy, and excerise! simple. And take like an hour a day to work out and 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day
