I have a PhD in Pharmacology (not Pharmacy) and over 10 years of experience in Toxicology focused for EPA risk assessments.

It depends on what kind of pharmaceutical experience you want. Many companies are hard to get into.
I happen to live in NJ where there are tons & tons of Pharma companies.
If you don't live near many of them, you may need to consider relocating.

A direct way would be to step down and look for a postdoc in experimental (molecular/cellular/in-vivo) or clinical toxicology.

Also, it looks like pharma companies need people with knowledge and experience in "Regulatory Affairs". It may be similar to what you've been doing.
