the cockroach is smaller but i think the rat would taste better at least its meat i say vote 1 for rat

I honestly have to tell you that I would eat none of them. Rats and Cockroaches are gross! Sorry, I really didn't answer your question.

A rat since you can cut it up and fry it or BBQ it on the grill and if you are from New England you can even boil it.All you can do with cockroaches is step on them or cover them with chocolate.
