David Ropeik of MSNBC CONTRIBUTOR in an article states that the planets show they are in the process of forming from a dusty disk. Scientists say that our solar system's planets spin as an aftereffect of the disk's spin and according to Dr. Carlo Rovelli of the University of Pittsburgh. "Our space in which we live is just this enormously complicated spin network."
You could also look at this from the point of view or the Rotation Experts at Wesleyan University who state that:
Everything in the universe is spinning. The Earth spins on its axis, all the planets revolve around the Sun, and the Sun revolves around the center of the Milky Way Galaxy.
Despite all this rotation, however, many astronomers ignore rotation in their calculations. (He points out the errors of those who ignore rotation). The giant gas cloud, like everything else in the Universe, is spinning. This is probably because all the gas that makes it up came from stars, which are themselves spinning around the center of the Galaxy. This spin is very slow, ω ~ 10-15 s-1 – too small to have any significant influence on the gas cloud. However: the laws of physics state that if a spinning object shrinks, it has to spin faster(or if it grows, it has to spin slower). Springboard divers and ice skaters use this phenomenon to make themselves spin faster, by hugging themselves into tight balls. So, if the gas cloud got larger, it would spin even more slowly, but if it shrinks, it will spin faster and faster. This isn’t important as long as the cloud stays large. If, however, some force was able to squeeze the cloud down by a thousand times (so it was only about 1013 m big), it would be spinning 1000 times faster. This rapid spin would cause such a strong centrifugal force that the cloud would not be able to shrink any further. It would form a spinning disk of gas around a central lump. The central lump would have a mass of around 2x1030 kg, with the remaining matter left in a dense disk of gas spinning around it.

Alot has to do with how mass comes together. When gravity attracts a bunch of small particles, it begins to rotate. They call this an accretion disk. Galaxies and solar systems are similar creatures. It also seems to be a trend that the more massive an object the faster it tends to spin.

The speed of the spin has to do with gravity & the composition of the planet. Gravity is caused, at least in this solar system, by our distance from the sun. The sun is basically trying to suck us in...hence gravity & rotation. I'm sure each galaxy works basically the same, but only time and further esearch will tell us for sure.

u'finity! Sorry yet your question sounds like a baby saying, a million, 10, one hundred, 1000, what comes after 1000? And is by no skill satisfied till you're saying "infinity" it quite is inaccurate even with the undeniable fact that it makes them end asking The universe is each little thing. the conception of multiverses calls for nonsensical and incomprehensible notions of more desirable dimensions for them to be parallel to or in the different case outdoors the three-D area all of us comprehend of. hypothesis in accordance with precis theory gained't inform you a lot of something. no matter if there have been such weird and wonderful issues, they could all nevertheless connect the universe. that is a universe of quite a few factors, is all. So compared to infinity, universe fairly is the most suited. no remember how vast it receives, it really is nevertheless the universe, each and each of how accessible. each little thing is element of the universe; there is no longer something that couldn't element of the universe. it really is form of a funny tale, yet attempt acquiring Celestia and use the navigation keys to warp between galaxies. bypass to the fringe of the universe and be conscious what's there. Celestia don't have that a lot files of direction, yet you nevertheless gained't get to the fringe of the Celestia universe. it really is basically too tremendous and ultimately you receives drained and forestall.

Its the gravity power that makes them circle around. You every body that got a mass attract all the bodies in a specific magnetic field, but that depends on the mass of the bodies, all follow the theorems of gravity.

It is a highly debateable subject.
my theory is, that like earth the universe has a type of "weather" and all the objects in the universe get caught up in the "tornado-like" effects.
I.e - our galaxy is just like a weather report of a tornado.

You ask alot of questions that seem to be about the same thing.
Go to a library at acollege that specializes in Astronomy and pick out some textbooks.
or check out NASA.
