OK I have thought long and hard about this as there are a few things that I dont like but I have decided on

Pigeons.... they are rats with wings and the poo on your head (I really really hate pigeons)!

I would then swap it for one of the beautiful extinct birds such as the Carolina Parakeet

I'd swap every last snake in the world for something like unicorns, or dragons. Snakes are just creepy, and gross, and probably some of the deadliest animals out there. I mean, when a single drop of venom from a snake the size of a pencil can kill a human in under 2 hours, there's just something wrong. Snakes are responsible for hundreds of thousands of human deaths every year.

any animal that has gone extinct has gone extinct for a reason and those that are alive are alive for a reason. mosquito's serve as a vital portion of the food chain. the only creatures that should be resurrected are those that were hunted to death by humans

Mosquitos. (Hmm, I think everyone will pick that one.) I would choose humans but then I'd be gone too, boo.

I'd really like sabre toothed tigers. In reasonable numbers, and at a safe distance.

I would pick quaggas, but there's been project group re-breeding them from Plains zebras (as DNA analysis suggest that quaggas were a sub-species of plains zebra) and that project is doing exceedingly well, so I don't think they need my magical help.

Wasps. Bees make honey, but wasps just make nests by your front door and circle threateningly.

Replace wasps with mammoths - big cuddly hairy elephants. Lovely.
