What I did:
Go to half caff for a week. Quarter caff the week after.
It minimized the absolutely HORRIBLE headaches from cold turkey.
Worked for me! Good luck! (Keep your points. What can you do with 'em?)

best thing to do is .... take 2 valium 10mg. then rest in peace for 2 days.
