A five octave keyboard would be a piano or keyboard that spanned 5 octaves, or 60 keys (Black and White).

A normal piano has 88 keys, so a five-octave keyboard would be a bit-shorter. However, there is alot that you can do with a 5-octave keyboard - you can play most pieces.
