OH HELL YEA!!!! You bet they are playing into the Terrorists hands! They make a huge fuss over a terrorists with a pair of FTL's on his head ....they cry it is "inhumane, cruel, torture!!!! & practically get the A.C.L.U. (anti-Christian,Liberals, Union) involved for a fight for terrorists rights!!!

Our president is breaking federal law, for no valid reason other than he thinks the law doesn't apply to him.
Everything the government wanted to do with its surveillance program could have been done legally under the existing laws. Every single bit of it. It just would have required some more paperwork.
Bush didn't break the law because he had no other choice. Bush broke the law because he couldn't be bothered to follow it.

Right you are! We should tear up the constitution and flush it down the toilet this very minute, then we will be safe.
