Well, there is no automatic way that i know of, but the closest thing i can tell you is to go to Edit> Show Duplicate Songs and then sort by time. this is the easiest way i have found to weed out those duped songs

go to edit and click show duplicate songs, hold down control (Ctrl) while you click on each one of the duplicat songs, then let go of control and press delete

I don't think there's any other way but to remove them manually one by one.

Edit -> Show Duplicate Songs
Only duplicate songs will be displayed (if theres any)
Edit ->Select All
Edit -> Clear
and all the duplicates will be deleted.
