What do you mean? One person answered for how to get to the notes below E-flat. Do you mean the key of the instrument? There are instruments in C, B-flat, E-flat, A, A-flat, and sometimes even G, but those are really rare.

You play a D which is played with the first three fingers on each hand. It may also include the left thumb on the register key if you are playing the one near the middle of the staff.

Assuming you are in the lower octave, you will also be able to go down to a B flat. I am sure that your instructor or any alto saxophone lesson book will tell you the fingerings for those.

If you are asking for advice about getting the tone as opposed to the fingerings, you should drop your jaw a little bit to help that. Good luck!

EDIT: Oh, the answer below me is also true! I did not even think of it as that! You can get a tenor or baritone sax quite easily. They are lower than the alto.
