He's a doctor, wouldn't he know?

He went into surgery to remove a bullet out of his body at the end of the last season. The last thing he did was tell teh doctors what they should change so that he would get the use of his leg back. the risk is that it could cost him his memory. So it will leave him with the problem of choosing what is more important to him walking or thinking. This was all revealed to him in a dream while he was waiting for surgery. The thought is that he went with the treatment anyway. So, the question is will the side effects develop or has he figured out how to prevent them. You will have to wait and see.

In the Season 2 Finale, House has a dream/hallucination that the doctors doing his surgery purposely administered ketamine, which puts him temporarily in a coma, allowing the brain to, like, "reboot" or something, which may make him pain-free. The risk is that House may lose his memory.

It depends if he forgets to limp. Hugh Laurie does not have a gimpy leg as his character Greg House does. Great show, I TiVo all of them!

He did already. It remains to be seenwhether or not that he will go back to having trouble with his leg again. Entertainment Weekly hinted he will return to having the limp.

I don't know...but, probably not. It would take away from the "uniqueness" of his character.

I'm more interested in seeing if he lives or not, honestly.
