Or should I go to a local community college or University be my best bet? I want a good career and be able in the long run contribute to my family. I am a 28 year old married female and I usually work at minium wage jobs and want a better life for my family.

Don't go to ITT Tech. My husband went there, spent tons of money on tuition. Had a hard time finding a job after he graduated with BS degree. Their placement sucks! Go to a community college instead.

If you want a good job and have the time then I would recommend going to a JC then moving on to a University. ITT is expensive and they are not as reputable as your typical universities. Sure you might be done faster, but in the long run you will have to work twice as hard in order to prove yourself.
