I mean, lets say the parents have done better than the average job of raising and teaching this child, and it all goes awry.
If we are looking at two heartbroken parents, why as a society can we be heartless enough to add more pain to the picture for them?
Does anyone out thre think that education and compassion is the best teacher? And the best solution?
Are we really too busy to provide a support system for the avoidance of this delimmna, and if we are; don't yo think we deserve or have earned what we get?

i have parents who were good and attentive, and they never saw my brother coming with the probs he has now.
Anyone who thinks kids come with a how-to book is an arrogant *** hole.
Parents are humans too, not shrinks, or fortune tellers.
If they have made an honest effort to do a good job, then i would say society should take a bit of the pie too in both contribution and retribution as well as help and support.
It really does take a village to raise a child, and no one can tell me this village is all that mentally stable.

because if the child is a sociopath, then the parents did not do what they were supposed to in raising the child. how can those parents be heartless enough to not do their job and release a sociopath into society? why should we have to deal with him/her?
this just doesn't happen over night, the child was probably that way for some time and they chose not to get help for it. what about the pain of when said sociopath kills some one? is that also society's fault? i think not..

It's up to the parents to seek help for their kids. If these parents did not do this and the kid messed up,it's still their responsibility because it IS their kid. Are they going to put the blame on someone else? I think not.
