If you mean super by size than the best answer to this quesiton is that we dont know.
The universe is too big for all to examine and whether there is a super galaxy out there is not really known, but with billions of galaxies out there, there is bound to be one that is gargantuan. ;)

More than likely. The universe is so huge or mankind is so small that the question is irrelevant. We can never really know the universe nor should we try. The night sky is somewhat of an illusion because the light from most of the stars and galaxies left the bodies eons ago. What we are actually seeing is what the sky looked like thousands or millions of years ago.
A recent NASA photo from the space telescope shows the Crab Nebula which was first discovered 340 years ago. The star which created the nebula exploded 10,000 years ago. This means this all happened while mankind was still rubbing two sticks together to make fire.

Technically there is no such thing as a super galaxy; there are galaxies that are way, way bigger then your everyday galaxies or there might be a super cluster; millions of galaxies.
